Dr Sally Hibbert BDS MPhil FDS(Paed Dent)RCS (Edin) FICD

Sally is a Specialist in Pediatric Dentistry at the Westmead Centre for Oral Health and the Children’s Hospital in Sydney. She is also postgraduate course coordinator for Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Sydney. She was born in the UK and studied and worked there until moving to Australia in 2002. Sally has lectured widely in the UK and Australia on the management of anxiety in children, dental trauma and care of the primary dentition. She has helped develop a postgraduate course in dental sedation at the University of Liverpool.

Associate Professor Richard Widmer BDSc MDSc FRACDS FICD

Richard received his Master’s Degree in Pediatric Dentistry from the University of Melbourne. He is currently an Associate Clinical Professor in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of Sydney, and Director of the Dental Department at The Children’s Hospital at Westmead. He is a very active clinician and lecturer, being invited to present at Conferences, both locally and internationally. Richard is a Past President of the International Association of Pediatric Dentistry. He has co-edited the very popular “Handbook of Pediatric Dentistry”. Recently he has released “Pediatric Dentistry, dental care for children – A guide for parents”.

Professor Monty Duggal BDS MDSc FDSRCS PhD

Monty is from the UK. He has published around 45 papers in professional journals. He is also the author of a textbook of Pediatric Dentistry. He is an internationally respected teacher, researcher and clinician. Monty became a Professor of Pediatric Dentistry at Leeds University in September 1999. He is dedicated to postgraduate education and gives many courses to qualified dentists on a wide range of subjects. Monty also enjoys working in a private practice. His main areas of interest are the treatment of children and adolescents and endodontic treatment.

Dr John Winters BDS MDSc

John is a Specialist Paediatric Dentist from Perth, Western Australia. He divides his time between his solo private practice and Princess Margaret Hospital for Children where he is the Chairman of the Dental Department. He is also Clinical Lecturer to Medical, Dental, and Therapy/Hygiene students. His ongoing interests in dentistry include Early Childhood Caries, cleft and craniofacial anomalies, oral health for people with intellectual disabilities, and endodontics in the primary dentition.

The Cambodian Society of Pediatric Dentistry, in association with the Faculty of Dentistry at International University, would like to invite dentists and dental students to attend Cambodia’s first conference on Pediatric Dentistry. This 2-day conference will provide the latest information on a wide range of topics, and will be addressed by four top overseas speakers.
