Dr Kenneth E. Collins and his beloved wife paid a visit to International University and Sen Sok International University Hospital on 18 April 2012. The main objective of the visit to discuss the scope of Rotary International scholarships for the needy students who wish to enroll in a health degree programs at International University, and financial package for women healthcare at Sen Sok IU Hospital.
